8:33 a.m. – Burglary of motor vehicle call County Stockpile, Deputy Krahel Responded; Advised batteries were stolen

10:10 a.m. – Burglary of coin operated machine call in the 500 block Hwy 124, Winnie, Deputy Rosetta responded; advised theft of lottery tickets

 

2:30 p.m. – Deadly conduct call in the 7800 block FM 565 S, Deputy Croley responded; complainant reported that someone pulled a gun on him, report was made

6:32 p.m. – Theft-misdemeanor call in the 700 block Houston, Anahuac, Deputy Maddox responded

7:15 p.m. – Sgt Hatfield and Deputy Gonsalves out in service of a warrant on Mikhael Ricks Dr; 1 male jailed

Friday, November 2

8:10 a.m. – Theft-felony call FM 565/Royal Purple Raceway, Deputy Cole responded; advised of theft of 4 wheeler

8:30 a.m. – Alarms (residential/business) in the 4200 block FM 565 N, Deputy Krahel responded; false alarm

9:10 p.m. – Deputies Gonsalves and Maddox responded to a call in the 400 block of Speights Rd.; 1 male jailed disorderly conduct

10:02 p.m. – Deputies Johnson and Cordell responded to an intoxicated driver call from Gator Express; 1 male jailed possession of marijuana

10:33p.m. – Assault/family violence call in the 100 block Boxsite Rd, Deputy Gonsalves responded; report made

Saturday, November 3

2:00 a.m. -Deputy Maddox responded to a burglary of a residence/unlawful entry call in the 1300 block W Palm, Winnie; report was made

7:02 a.m. – Deputy Houghton responded to a call in the 200 block Vitemb Rd; 1 male jailed public intoxication

7:30 a.m. – Suspicious activity call in the 200 block Campbell, Deputy Lopez and Sgt. King responded; person outside swinging brush ax; ax taken by officers

8:05 a.m. – Criminal mischief call in the 1000 block Devillier Rd, Winnie, Deputy Lopez and Sgt. King responded; Complainant reported someone knocked over mailbox and wrapped house

7:03 p.m. – Deputy Gonsalves out on traffic Martin at Davis; 1 male jailed on a warrant

7:15 p.m. – Theft-misdemeanor call in the 600 block Evans, Deputy Maddox responded; complainant reported briefcase and money missing from residence

Sunday, November 4

1:20 a.m. – Deputies Maddox, Abernathy, Gonsalves and Benson responded to a call from A-T’s about a fight in the parking lot; 2 jailed on public intoxication

8:18 a.m. – Disturbance call in the 14500 block FM 2354, Beach City, Deputies Ritch and King responded; settled on scene

6:04 p.m. – Assault call in the 17200 block Cheyenne, Baytown, Deputy Childress responded; report taken

8:30 p.m. – Sgt Hatfield responded to a call in the 6500 block FM 565 S; 1 female jailed public intoxication

Monday, November 5

4:30 a.m. – Stranded boater call South of park/marsh, Sgt Hatfield, Deputy Feist and the Coast Guard responded

6:30 a.m. – Burglary of a non-residence/unlawful entry call in the 200 block E Buccaneer; Deputy Lopez responded; EC ISD field house had been broken into

8:13 a.m. – Burglary of a residence/unlawful entry call in the 800 block Meneley, Deputy Lopez responded; report made

10:04 a.m. – Burglary of a non-residence/unlawful entry call in the 300 block East LeBlanc, Deputy Lopez responded; Winnie Chamber of Commerce and Agricultural Historic Museum had been burglarized, report made

10:15 a.m. – Sgt King provided assistance in a civil matter/standby in the 400 block Meneley

3:15 p.m. – Criminal mischief call in the 400 block 8th Street, Deputy Lopez responded; Complainant reported someone spray painted graffiti on tailgate

9:00 p.m. – Deputy Arredondo out on traffic, subject on stolen bike, in the 500 block Meneley; 1 arrested on theft-misdemeanor and possession of narcotics

9:15 p.m. – Criminal mischief was reported in the 4900 block Riverview, Deputy Childress responded

2:30 p.m. – Burglary of a residence/force call in the 8600 block Tri City Beach Rd., Deputy Ritch responded; complainant advised his home was broken into

1:31 p.m. – Chief Wheat out on Cheyenne with subject with a parole warrant out of Ohio; 1 jailed as a fugitive from justice

2:06 p.m. – Deputy Rosetta responded to a call from Macho’s Restaurant,

1 jailed on public intoxication

2:30 p.m. – Assault/family violence call in the 700 block Tinkler, Deputy Croley responded; report made

6:15 p.m. – burglary of a residence/unlawful entry call in the 2200 block West Osage, Deputy Childress responded

7:15 p.m. – Disturbance call in the 600 block Speights loop, Deputy Cordell responded; Subject gone on arrival

7:15 p.m. – Deputies Childress and Burt responded to a call at the I-10 WB 797; 1 female jailed on traffic offences, possession of drug paraphernalia – felony and possession of drug paraphernalia misdemeanor
