SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OVER SOUTHEAST TEXAS THIS MORNING. AN UPPER LEVEL FEATURE OVER THE PINEY WOODS SHOULD HELP FOCUS MUCH OF THE HEAVIER PRECIPITATION OVER EAST TEXAS AND SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA.
