The May meeting of the Lower Trinity Valley Bird Club will be held 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 12, at the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge Visitor’s Center located two miles south of I-10 on FM 563 in Chambers County.
The club will participate in the International Migratory Bird Day Event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Anahuac Refuge Visitor’s Center.
The club will have a meeting from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., which will be open to the public. After the meeting, one will be able to take part in the various activities, bird walks, and viewing of the new center. Additionally, the club will give a presentation on Swallow-tailed Kites and on the Liberty/Dayton Birding Loop.
